Very hard to find fault. Room was spacious, clean and well appointed. Dining options were great. Spa facilities were wonderful, and at the times we were using them (pool, sauna etc) quiet. Obviously not cheap, but a very good destination hotel with wonderful views over the Champagne countryside.

Outstanding In Every Way

Simply loved every aspect of this property. From the assistance provided arranging activities; to the lovely welcome upon our arrival; to the spa, the pool and the restaurant. Absolutely Parfait!! Top shelf service around every corner - Warm service from the Valets to the Front Desk to the Restaurants' Staff to the Spa Support Staff! The property is very beautiful and elegant. Slick understated Euro elegance... (James Bond must have stayed here at some point!) The panoramic views of Epernay and the valley are amazing and continue to change with the colors of the sky as the day and evening progress... We look forward to our next visit!
