The morning desk help was rude. Hotel includes breakfast. There wasnt enough food put out and when asked they could bring food out we got an attitude but employee familly came to pick her up and took a bunch of the food out to the car to feed her kids. I asked to speak to a manager i was told i can't speak to one. No manager was in yhe

Don't prepay.

I prepaid my visit and was charged again after I checked out. I have called 5 times to get the charges reversed and it is yet to happen. The hotel itself was what I expected.

Under renovation

Our bed was great, awesome pillows! The hotel is under renovation so there was dust on everything and the carpet looked liked it hasn't been vacuumed. Overall we were happy with the room, and understanding that the end result will be beautiful!

Nice, clean, great value

Pros: Clean, quite, updated, courteous staff.
I was impressed by this hotel. For the price per night I assumed I was getting a cut-rate experience, but I was way off. The rooms were small, but they were spotless with new amenities. Every staff person we interacted with was courteous and professional. I will stay here again for future visits to Champaign-Urbana.
