Chambres en sous-sol humides

Logement très bien localisé, dans un environnement boisé très agréable. Un bel espace de vie mais l'ensemble est un peu vieillissant, chaises de jardin cassées, et surtout un gros bémol concernant les deux chambres situées en sous-sol (non précisé dans l'annonce) : odeurs fortes d'humidité stagnante, faute de pouvoir aérer suffisamment. Dommage !

location en famille

2 familles et 1 seul parking et 1 jeu de clés, pas évident pour l'organisation derrière. La propreté laisse à désirer. Sinon bon emplacement pour rejoindre le centre de Chamonix facilement et bon réseau de bus.

Fonctionnel mais mal entretenu

Nous louons cet appartement depuis une dizaine d’années, et voyons les choses se dégrader petit à petit (prise de courant qui ne tient plus au mur, un lavabo ne tient plus au mur, un évier était quasiment bouché) ou devenir de moins en moins acceptables avec le temps : matelas à ressorts et oreillers en plumes avec très forte odeur de poussière, état des moquettes repoussant. J'ai dû intégralement nettoyer le lave vaisselle pour qu’il lave correctement, et de même pour l’aspirateur.

Emplacement idéal

L’appartement est idéalement situé en Rez de jardin qui donne accès directement au grand parc arboré et au lac de la résidence. Situé à 15 minutes à pied du train . Résidence très calme. Le bémol est la vétusté de l’appartement et de l’ensemble des équipements . Inter home a pu réside très vite à certaines de nos réclamations . L’appartement nécessiterait une rénovation pour explorer tout son potentiel . Rapport qualité prix correct c’est pour cela que nous conseillions malgré tout ce logement

Prostorný apartmán v klidné části Chamonix

Plně zařízený dvoupatrový apartmán, který poskytuje dostatek prostoru pro menší skupinu nebo rodinu návštěvníků Chamonix. V klidné části Chamonix, pár minut jízdy autem nebo jedna zastávka vlakem (s letní návštěvnickou kartou zdarma!) od centra. Vybavení není úplně nové, ale celkově apartmán dýchá příjemně nostalgickou atmosférou starých horalských časů. V kanceláři Interhome bezproblémová komunikace. Spokojenost!

nous avons passé un bon séjour à Chamonix

Quelques petits points à signaler : Dès notre installation, une personne s'est assise sur un tabouret qui devait être sérieusement fatigué car il s'est déboîté et la personne a chuté la tête dans la huche à pain et avec énorme hématome à l'épaule. Même pas une feuille de papier toilette à notre arrivée (pour moi, c'est un minimum), il a fallu déballer les sacs. Moquettes à revoir car tachées.
