Staff was excellent, rooms very clean, even usual breakfast bar was better than average. However, price booked was jacked by 50$ a night on arrival, and "corporate policies" forced desk person to refuse cash payment; despite having exact change. Will not give this company any more $ . Ever.

Nice place to stay. The bed was very comfortable. The room is equipped with a fridge and microwave which is handy. Breakfast is good with both hot and cold options. Lots of fruit options! Very convenient having a ground floor room where parking is right outside the patio door. Loading and unloading your stuff is really easy. We'd stay again!

Surprising family in Pembroke

We were greated at reception by a very friendly lady. She was alao effecient. Our room was very adequate for.our nweds. The hotel is well maintained, however we felt the carpet o the room could have been upgraded. The bwd and bath towels were very good. Breakfast had a great variety and was well laid out

Very friendly and helpful staff. Pet friendly and path nearby to walk dog. Also bar/restaurant right next door. Decent breakfast in mornings. We’ve stayed here 3 times and will stay here every time we stay in Pembroke.

Stayed for one night before Ottawa rafting as it is only 30 mins to OWL Rafting. Very clean and has everything you need for a short stay. Breakfast included and was actually pretty good with eggs, hashbrowns and sausages and make your own waffles. Overall nothing to complain about, and very reasonably priced.

The hotel was a great find, clean, quiet, and near some fantastic restaurants! A gym or swimming pool would be the icing on the cake, but overall, it was a wonderful stay.
