Enjoy a peaceful stay on the edge of the forest, less than 5 minutes from Chalais and near Aubeterre-sur-Dronne, a classified village with a beach. You will appreciate this beautiful Charentaise farmhouse and its terrace offering a panoramic view under a centuries-old lime tree. In this haven of peace and nature, disconnect for the duration of your stay.



This house allows everyone, young and old, to find their own quiet space. Its coolness in summer is particularly pleasant. Recharge and spend memorable moments with family or friends around a plancha.



You will also have the opportunity to experience using dry toilets during your stay.



A dedicated children's area is available, including:

-A desk with drawing and painting materials

-A non-connected television with a DVD player and a large selection of DVDs

-A library of children's literature

-A turntable for listening to music

-Numerous board games for young and old, as well as imitation games (play kitchen, Playmobils, Kapla)



The gîte includes 5 large bedrooms, including a master suite with:

-A spacious room equipped with a child's bed and a double bed (160 cm)

-A dressing area

-A bathroom with an Italian shower

- Two separate toilets. For information: these are dry toilets with self-management
