"Good stay. No issues with the room, was mostly clean. Food in the cafe area isn’t great. Staff were friendly at checkout time. Communication before the stay was awful, ignored messages from myself on Expedia while trying to make a simple amendment to my booking. Whoever is in charge of guest comms should be looking into this."
