Good stay for travellers

The hotel is a good choice for travellers. We first got a room that previously has been a smoking room and despite a long time ago and good cleaning the room was not satisfying for us not being smokers. But the reception was very helpful and we got a new room to our satisfaction. They have a safe parking outside and close the gates during the night. Fresh and clean hotel that served a good breakfast before we hit the road again. Recommended.

Hotel was fine, that's about all I can say not 4 star for sure, more like 3. Poor restaurant choices for breakfast. Room carpet dirty, pillows smelt as though pillow cases hadn't been washed in months. Location very convenient to motorway. Outside is a little run down. Staff English is minimal which for a hotel I found very strange. Not worth the money paid. Not terrible but not great.

Des défauts majeurs

J’avais réservé une chambre avec un lit double et il m’a été attribué une avec 2 lits simples. Demande faite à la réception où il m’a été dit qu’il n’y en avait plus de disponibles. Mais qu’elle ne fut pas ma surprise en entrant dans la salle de bain de voir que la douche avait été utilisée (sol mouillé) et qu’était resté accroché au porte serviette un slip d’homme visiblement porté !!! Inadmissible pour un établissement de ce rang ! Réception prévenue quelqu’un est venu récupérer l’objet en question… et voilà. De plus, malgré le nombre conséquant de chambres, il n’y a qu’une seule machine à café au petit déjeuner, ce qui crée une obligation d’attente. Enfin, 2 bornes de recharge pour voitures électriques sont disponibles mais ne fonctionnent pas : impossible recharger ma voiture. Ceci dit et ces inconvénients passes, le personnel est accueillant, serviable et disponible ce qui est un bon point.,

Séjour très moyen et pas digne d un 4 étoiles

Un système de chauffage que j ai mis à l arrêt avec le boîtier prévu dans la chambre mais qui a continué de tourner toute la nuit => bruit inutile Pompe flacon gel douche inutilisable => galère pour prendre la douche La peinture dans les WC complètement prise par l humidité et donc a refaire Enfin loin des standards d un 4 étoiles !!!
