Everything was good except for the pool and hot tub being closed down and had no notice of that and it being a total surprise and both my daughter and nephew were really excited to use it but was unable and put a huge damper on our trip

The only thing that room had was clean bed. The TV did not have instruction how to use it, the floor was not vaccum, the lighting was terrible, all the vending machines were not working, the exercise room was full of suppies & junk and the breakfest aera was very small.
