We had a great stay at this Ceiba home. The house was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and all bedrooms had excellent air conditioning.The pool and backyard were highlights, and the outdoor restroom was very convenient. We chose this property for its close proximity to the marinas, which made our Culebra trip and catamaran days easy and stress-free. We also really enjoyed watching the military jets fly by, which was a unique and memorable experience.The location was quiet yet close to Fajardo and Seven Seas Beach, and communication with the host was smooth. Checkout instructions were simple and easy, which was especially helpful for our early morning departure. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is close to almost nothing. The rainforest is not convenient (it is the same distance from San Juan). The place is not convenient to any good restaurants. There was a lot of noise due to army aircraft and construction at the house behind. Overall, this was not a place for us so we checked out early, even though we did not get any money back.

Very cute home that was the perfect location for exploring the eastern portion of Puerto Rico. There was plenty of room for us to spread out. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, etc. The neighborhood was very quiet and easy to find. There is a great BBQ restaurant across the main road from the neighborhood entrance. The ferry terminal was about a 10 minute car ride away, so that was very convenient. Ceiba is along some of the main roads and it was easy to get to other places. The hosts were very responsive to all our messages. If we ever head back to Puerto Rico, we would try to stay at this home again.

Great stay!

A wonderful location with great response from the owners. Quiet and friendly neighborhood close to major highway and shopping areas. We will definitely stay with them again.

Perfect spot

We loved the location of the house. Overall, the neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. The pool was amazing and the best part of the trip!! Playa Montones was amazing and very close by. The hosts were very responsive and I loved the keyless exchange. Although we never saw our hosts, which is perfect for us, thy were very responsive to all our requests and needs. One thing not on the listing that you should know is that there is one bathroom inside shared with the three rooms and the doors have frosted glass inserts so any light shows through (my husband and I lie the dark). The house was amazing and we would go back in a heartbeat!!

Simple & Cute

Great location! The pool was definitely a plus...great backyard setting. Property was clean, plenty of towels and cleaning products. TV's in the bedrooms would of been nice but overall it was great stay! Communication with the property manager was on point, quick response!
