Superb stay!

Excellent service with all the staff. Fresh orange juice and croissant etc for “petit dejeuner”. Great ocean view and location. I highly recommend this hotel without any hesitation.

This hotel was simply perfect! It was incredibly convenient to everything we wanted to do ( beach, ferry, wonderful cafes, shopping, and such. The rooms were fabulous! We even got twin beds, which is hard to find sometimes in Europe. The people who worked there were amazing! Valerie, Pauline, and Matthew all helped us so much with great information. They were efficient, kind, knowledgeable, and pleasant. We know we will be coming back to this hotel, again and again.

Family run hotel. Very warm welcome. Safe secure underground parking (€25 daily). Lovely clean, well appointed and furnished room with a terrace and sea/beach view. Breakfasts were good, plenty of choice and also on the rate we had available in our room at no extra cost. Centrally placed, easy to find and ideal for exploring Arcachon. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Not a budget hotel but you certainly get what you pay for.

The room felt really luxurious for our little family. It was spacious, right on the beach, and had a cute little balcony. The beds were comfortable and our son enjoyed having his own private section of the room with bunk beds. What stood out most to us was the staff, who were friendly and helpful.
