They gave us a room on the first floor and we wanted to be on an upper floor but they said they didn’t have any. They didn’t offer to change us the next day when one became available. I didn’t like that for breakfast they had cheap plastic utensils. The room was clean but we could smell that someone was smoking around our room outside.

The carpets everywhere in this hotel are disgustingly filthy and in need of replacement. In the room, the hallway and elevator. The hotel was half empty and yet they put us in a room all the way down the end of the hall facing the highway and the traffic. Checking in the clerk was nowhere to be found. We had to wait a few minutes and finally after banging on the bell got a response. The breakfast items like eggs and sausage were inedible. I chose to toast a plain bagel and put some peanut butter on it for the $200 price tag. This hotel wasn't worth it. It certainly was not a luxury hotel. We would've been better off staying in Jim Thorpe in the bed-and-breakfast

Staffs are wonderful. They need to work on pool and hot tub area. I dont why it felt like low grade and same issue with gym !
