Great location and town

Nice place, very communicative owner. Great close location to beach and private. Needs better cable TV and Tv. Has good condition AC and electronics. Always clean.

O apartamento, com boa localização, boa decoração e com pátio varandas. Foi pena no pátio não ter chuveiro e ponto de agua Limpeza: --Nas varandas estavam restos de areia -- No barbecue os utensílios tinham resíduos de grelhados e com gordura assim como a vassouras e com pelos agarrados -- O exaustor estava com deposito de gordura A minha avaliação numa escala de um a dez é cinco

Um apartamento em Altura que esteve à altura!

O apartamento correspondeu exatamente ao que está anunciado, o espaço é muito agradável, com a vantagem de ter um terraço , ar condicionado em todas as divisões e está muito bem localizado, incluindo a praia. Tem acima de tudo a vantagem de ser um apartamento pet-friendly de que as nossas duas meninas de 4 patas gostaram bastante e rapidamente se sentiram em casa! A D. Felicidade e o Sr. Augusto Marques estão disponíveis e atentos pelo que, qualquer situação que possa surgir, pode rapidamente ser solucionada - no nosso caso, não surgiu mas percebemos que se acontecesse teríamos enorme facilidade de contacto e disponibilização para resolução. Foi uma estreia na aplicação Homeaway pelo que consideramos que foi um sucesso!

Gostei do apartamento, que é bastante espaçoso e está muito bem equipado. O terraço com barbecue e mobiliário é excelente para todas as refeições. A localização do apartamento também é excelente, porque fica perto da praia e do centro de Altura, mas, ao mesmo tempo, está situado num ambiente sossegado e bom para descansar.

Apartamento excelente tipo moradia com entrada individual para o exterior

Alojamento virado para uma rua sossegada e numa zona proxima de comercio e restaurantes locais , em 5 minutos acede-se á praia ,quase em frente á padaria principal e a 50 metros dum supermercado , bem equipado , em boas condiçoes e com boa climatizaçâo, patio varanda espetacular . Sugestáo em vez do garda sol uma boa cobertura/toldo no patio seria Top. O Obrigado á atenciosa Sra que entrega o alojamento.

Altura is nice place. The appartament is nice. It is clean and with all cooking tools. The outside place is great with all exactly the same that you can see in photos. Wifi and air conditional works perfecly. The path to the beach is quite short..so just I can say, enjoy it!

As fotos não enganam!! A casa tem ótimas condições. A parte exterior é fantástica, principalmente no meu caso com animais(eles adoraram, pois estão habituados a viver num apartamento). A localização tb é boa, com tudo ao pé ou muito perto. Altura é o máximo.

Gostámos imenso do apartamento

Recomendo vivamente o apartamento, começando pela simpatia da D. Felicidade, até ao próprio apartamento que dispõe de tudo o que é necessário para passar umas óptimas férias. As camas são muito confortáveis e devido ao apartamento ser um pouco quente, pois tem sol o dia todo, o ar condicionado torna todo o ambiente bastante agradável. Todos os dias fomos a pé para a praia, que fica a cerca de 5 minutos, tem cafés, restaurantes e uma gelataria maravilhosa.
