The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet, close to the Castelnaud castle, small shops, many restaurants located at the top and bottom of the village, the Dordogne and its beach, the canoe-kayak rental and departure center, hiking trails, and bike rentals.



This family accommodation is close to all sites and amenities: butcher-caterer, bakery-pastry shop, hair salon, several restaurants, the post office with ATM, a large free parking lot 500 meters from the house with the possibility of charging electric cars, as well as a second blue zone parking lot.



The house, in a quiet area, has its own free and private parking for one vehicle at the foot of the accommodation. It is ideally located in the "Golden Triangle," at the center of the five iconic castles of the Périgord Noir and near remarkable sites such as Sarlat (10 minutes away), Rocamadour, the Padirac Chasm, the Lascaux caves, and Saint-Cirq-Lapopie about an hour away.
