Ancient stone barn adjacent to the main farmhouse dating back to the seventeenth century, located in the heart of the Chianti Classico on the side of a slope with breathtaking views over the Val d'Elsa. Cipressini 1 is strategically located inside the Castellaccio, a 4 HA property where olive trees and Mediterranean vegetation alternate. The guests are given the opportunity to enjoy sunny or naturally shaded spaces by centuries-old oaks with a view of picturesque views, typical of the Chianti landscape. In the area surrounding the pool or in a more private area, relaxation islands furnished in full harmony with the surrounding nature. The proximity to the town offers easy access to all kinds of services and a varied choice of food and wine experiences. The famous cities of art, Siena, 30 min. and Florence 40 min. by car, they are the most visited destinations by our guests, but also the proximity to San Gimignano, the Val d'Orcia, Montalcino and the Maremma coast offers the opportunity to plan unforgettable day trips.

The village of Castellina in Chianti is about 2 km from the property, Siena about 20 km (25 min.approximately by car), Florence 36 km (approximately 35 minutes by car). Florence Santa Maria Novella station can be reached in about 45 min. by car, Peretola airport in about 45 min.

Coming from the North, the recommended exit from the Florence - Siena highway is San Donato in Poggio, coming from the South, the recommended exit is Badesse. From Milan the average travel time is 3 h 30, from Rome about 2 h 30.
