Tired hotel with gardens covered in weeds and no staff anywhere . Unfriendly reception staff who don’t make you feel welcome. Overpriced food which isn’t great quality. The spa benefit isn’t worth it as the prices are so high, (it’s like they added the benefit to the price). They make you feel bad for asking for a beach towel and sometimes don’t have any available. On the whole this hotel feels like it has been great in another time 10 or twenty years ago.

Beautiful area and view. The room was spotless clean and beds comfortable. The staff was courteous. The tiled pathway to room was slippery, need handrails and non slip mats in certain areas before the infinity pool. Bathrooms need support hand bars. Moving from the room back to reception area with luggage was difficult, esp. climbing the curved stairway.

On Monday mid day we had no running water and had to walk to another building behind the reception to shower which only came back late at night. The place is not well maintained and has become delapidated. The ground and all surfaces were sticky from some residue left behind from cleaning.

Disappointed!!!!!!! The resort has great potential but needs major renovation and a larger grounds staff. Property is unkept and dated. Restaurant food is overprice and mediocre at its best. Silver lining- most of the staff were courteous, helpful and friendly. But i will not stay at this resort again.

great peaceful location, this is for expedia: stop vip access as it makes no sense I have been to a lot of vip access properties and perks are never available. I keep wondering why book with expedia [Im Platinum] when i do not get points on the chain hotels booked the usual line is "since this is an expedia booking we are unable to put in hilton honors for points"

The staff made the experience! It honestly all started with how pleasant the service was from pick up at the airport and carried through all the way til the end. The kitchen and bar staff at the Havana Cafe made everything 100x better! They went above and beyond to help us have a great vacation. They stayed open for longer times just for us to have a meal and drinks, they served lunch outside of lunch hours too and the made super tasty cocktails with impeccable speed! Love love love the fact that the pool was 24 hours for opening time because that just enhanced the experience as well as there was no sense of being rushed.
