"Our toilet handle was broken but functional. Bad on me that I forgot to report but I bet housekeeper flushes every day. Clean and quiet. GPS had a hard time getting us there. It’s on a dead end road."

"I like to stay at holiday inn when there aren’t many options in a town, but this particular location was the worst. The staff is so rude and racist, no matter who it is. The room was ok, bed gave me a backache. Breakfast is meh."

"Had to stay in Carthage for an extra night so decided to stay at Best western to give it a try. We got to the room really late and at 8 months pregnant all I wanted was to take a shower and sleep. I had to leave my stuff in the car, so I hop in the shower just to find my self wet and there was no shampoo no body wash no conditioner. Nothing. Had to come out to the room to call front desk and their phone didn’t even work. I called them from my personal phone and had to wait soaking wet until they brought bar soap and shampoo to the room. The breakfast was plain"
