Cartegena 2025

Nice location, good service, great staff. Two issues, TV and hot water. TV in main room needed technical support to get to work. The main room TV needs to be a Smart TV - was unable to smart cast. Last issue, no hot water the first morning. Issue was fixed right away. I was told to use the bigger shower as that worked better. Great room, great host. I will be back.

Disappointing

The stuff in the kitchen was dirty and the apartment's only lock is a deadbolt, which means if someone takes the single key the property provides and locks the door behind them, anyone left in the apartment is trapped there until the person with the key returns. This is dangerous and illegal for residential properties in most countries. We repeatedly asked for a second key so I could go running in the morning while my son sleeps. The host refused to provide a second key. Very annoying and inconsiderate.

We love Marta!

From the moment we booked to the morning we left, Marta was communicating with us. The facility was lovely, balcony a perfect spot to view the sea and get sun. Beds comfortable. Markets for groceries everywhere, no need for a car, rooftop pool a great feature , and beach east to access by foot in a few minutes. Restaurants very reasonable and close by, good food. Staff at the apartment building wonderful. A few days in old city was great. A perfect vacation!
