Guests will be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• You may be required to pay the following charge at the property: Colombia Value-Added Tax (VAT) at 19%. A VAT exemption is available to travelers who present a valid passport and tourist visa showing they are not a resident of Colombia and who pay using a foreign card or via a bank transfer from outside Colombia. This exemption applies only to tourist package bookings (accommodation plus other travel services).

• Fee for cooked-to-order breakfast: approximately COP 25000 to 50000 for adults, and COP 25000 to 35000 for children
• Airport shuttle fee: COP 50000.00 per person (roundtrip)
• Airport shuttle fee per child: COP 40000.00 (roundtrip)
• Pet fee: COP 80000 per pet, per night plus COP 20000 one-time cleaning fee
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Late check-in fee: COP 80000 for check-in between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM

This property is managed by a private host, not a professional engaged in trade or business. No onsite parking is available. This property accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, debit cards, and cash. Parties and events (including family gatherings, birthday parties and weddings) are allowed on site. Noise-free guestrooms cannot be guaranteed.

• There is limited hot water on site.
• Visitors traveling with a child may be required by the property to present the following documents: At check-in, parents traveling into Colombia with a child under 18 may be obligated to present the child's birth certificate and photo ID (passport for non-Columbian citizens). If a relative or legal guardian is traveling into Colombia with the child, that relative or legal guardian may be obligated to present a notarized consent of travel signed by both parents, along with a copy of both parents' ID. If only one parent is traveling into Colombia with the child, that parent may be required to present a notarized consent of travel signed by the other parent. Visitors planning to travel with children should consult a Colombian consulate office in advance of travel for additional guidance.
