Amazing place, extremely friendly and helpful staff... always ready with a coffee for my Mom whenever we would come back from our day. The room and balcony were the best place to come back to after a day of fun in Cartagena. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable... so soft!

This hotel is super elegant and clean. It smells wonderful and has great service. There is no breakfast included when I was there. It is the best location as there isn’t noise in front only back. I was in a room on the first floor and it was too close to the entrance as there is always an employee there which makes it no privacy at all. It feels like I’m renting a room in someone’s home. I felt I needed to keep the noise to a min and I could hear everything from 6:30 am and on all day. There’s snacks and water on arrival in the room. There’s a safe, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Very luxurious towels and the bed is so comfortable but the room is tiny. Perfect for backpacks and carry on travellers. The roof top is the highlight of this hotel. The water is refreshing and it’s beautifully decorated making it a wonderful little oasis. It was a bit too expensive for what’s included and size.

I am handicapped and was given assistance throughout the trip breakfast brought to the room daily assistance up n down the stairs as needed will definitely return if u have mobility issues i recommend lower rooms but they assured me that i would be assistance and i was all the way until i check out 10/10 service

Great property. We had a little of a hard time finding it since it’s new but other than that we loved it. Everything is new and staff is great. Getsemani is a very lively neighborhood and you can find restaurants and bars like two blocks from the property.
