Nice apartment with terrace, small sea view
Carqueiranne, a village of 10,000 inhabitants, is known for its tranquility and quality of life.
The activities are numerous in this small seaside resort: beach, cycling, hiking, visit the islands of Porquerolles, Port Cros and Levant, fishing, diving and water activities ...
In a small building on a human scale, the apartment we offer is ideally placed, all amenities are nearby: you can easily do everything on foot if you wish.
This is a very nice studio cabin of 23 m² for 4 people maximum (sofa bed for two people and two single beds bunk), on the 1st floor on three, with terrace of 6 m² without opposite and small view on the sea. The orientation is South-East (protection against strong sunlight in the afternoon), awning and roller shutter with electric control.
The site is green and very quiet 600 m from the beach, the port and the center of the village, with private parking space (equipped with a hoop to secure the lock of two-wheeled vehicles) and lockable bicycle room .
My partner and I often return to Carqueiranne, the apartment is well equipped accordingly and ideal for a couple: washing machine, microwave oven, electric barbecue, toaster, iron, hair dryer, fan ceiling, TV and WIFI, etc ..., will help you to have a good holiday in this well-equipped studio.
The toilet and the bathroom are separated.
On request, all the additional photos and the exhaustive listing of the equipment will be provided (do not hesitate to send me an email).
There is a bus stop (Carthage stop) located in the immediate vicinity of the studio: line 39 Toulon-Hyères and line 23 Toulon-Carqueiranne
The nearest airport: Hyères at 4 kilometers.
The nearest train and bus station: Hyères or Toulon at 4 kilometers.
Pets not allowed. Bed sheets and linens are not provided. BZ daybed 160 x 200 cm. Bunk beds 70 x 190 cm.

The caretaker lives in the same subdivision. It will be available 24h / 24h if needed.
