This property, with its contemporary architecture and sleek design, is ingeniously designed in 2 parts (to preserve everyone's privacy) connected by a rooftop garden on the infinity pool extension.
Able to comfortably accommodate up to 10 people, it offers a main villa as well as a guest house on the ground floor.
The main house has a large living room of over 120m². The large bay windows extend the interior spaces and allow you to take full advantage of the view offered by its dominant position. Upstairs, there are 3 air-conditioned double en suite bedrooms, with a shared terrace running along the entire length and a panoramic view of the sea.
The fully air-conditioned guest house has 2 bedrooms, including 1 suite, and is decorated and equipped to the same high standards as the main villa.
The 2 houses total an area of approximately 300m² facing south in the middle of a fenced Mediterranean garden of 2000m². It has been landscaped based on its varying levels of sunshine: dry garden, rooftop garden, palm trees, olive trees, oleander, lemon tree, perennials, cacti and many others... With one area as a lawn and a boules court. On the partly shaded terrace, offering a magnificent view of the sea, you can enjoy the 15m x 4m swimming pool (heated from April to early November), surrounded by deckchairs and secured by an electric cover.
