Villa Ndpa – Holiday Home with Garden

50 m² holiday home with a terrace and retractable awning overlooking a tree-filled garden. Outdoor furniture is available. The property is located at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac just outside Carpentras, on the way to Mont Ventoux. It is equidistant from Avignon (25 minutes by expressway) and Vaison-la-Romaine. Close to Beaumes-de-Venise and the wine route, it is ideal for exploring L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, Apt, and the Luberon, all reachable in under 30 minutes.



The home is fully equipped, including an air fryer and blender. Perfect for a couple with one or two children. Built in 2023 to RT 2012 standards, it offers all modern comforts for your stay. Several sets of towels and sheets are provided so you can change them as needed during your stay.



The owners live nearby and are available to offer advice or assistance if needed.



Carpentras, the sub-prefecture of Vaucluse, is just a short distance from various Provençal markets, giving you easy access to local specialties and the region’s unique atmosphere.

La location était très propre avec tout le confort, notre hôte, discret mais toujours disponible et à notre écoute. Notre chienne Ruby a passer un excellent séjour, jardin entièrement sécurisé avec un espace extérieur pour courir et faire ses besoins. A 1/4 d'heure du centre ville de Carpentras en voiture nous avons découvert le marché de producteurs sur les conseils de Nicolas Qu'elle belle surprise! je recommande vivement cette halte.
