Radisson Blu Aurum Hotel, Brasov
"We had a wonderful 5 night stay here. We had a lovely, large room with a balcony. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well and the hotel is conveniently located (within a 5 minute walk) to old town. The only (very minor) complaint was when I asked the young lady at the bar for 2 wine glasses to bring up to our room, she was extremely rude. She told me we had glasses in our room already. I explained that we had bought a special bottle of wine and would like to drink it out of wine glasses, not bathroom glasses. She got very angry. I would have understood if she explained that it is not allowed. Again, a minor complaint, but I thought it was strange. I highly recommend this hotel. The staff (except for the girl at the bar), were exceptional."
