The hotel is conveniently located and offers a good breakfast buffet. Staff is generally friendly and helpful. HOWEVER, there were some surprises and downsides: (1) This "pet-friendly" hotel hit us with a surprise "dog cleaning charge" of $ 150, which was NOT advertised by Travelocity. (2) Cleanliness (or the lack of): my wife sat down on a kitchen chair and found her backside smeared with a syrupy substance. Later, when I used a paper towel to clean up a few drips of water I had spilled on the kitchen floor, it came up black, and I found that the entire kitchen floor was sticky-dirty. As for the kitchen facilities, the stovetop in the kitchen was encrusted with black crud that would have deterred anyone from trying to cook there. (3) Maintenance: there is a glass door to the outside which is supposed to open. It is dysfunctional, so we could never get any fresh air. For the price we paid for three nights, $ 677.44 plus "pet cleaning fee" ($ 150) plus sales tax on that, we felt this was not a great deal.

I reserved this room and I requested a 1st floor room because I’m handicapped and in dialysis. So when I checked in the front desk told me there were no 1st floor rooms for me. There are two flights of steps to the room. I could not bring my scooter to the room which makes it easier for me to get around. Instead I had to use crutches. And I stayed in the room for the whole stay because I did not want to fall on the steps. If I was nasty I would sue them for not having a room handicap accessible. This was a Christmas weekend that I had to stay in the room the whole time. Very disappointing!

Charged the wrong anount at residence in. Approx 150/ night for 3 days was charged in excess of 700 dollars.

Apologies for any confusion with check-in and credit card authorizations. At $150/night for 3 nights with a $250 incidental hold, that totals to $700. The incidental hold releases after checkout pending no additional charges or damages. We hope you enjoyed your stay otherwise!
