Das Haus ist wunderschön und in zweiter Reihe zum Strand. Es ist ein altes Haus, darauf muss man sich einlassen. Die Badezimmer-Situation ist etwas beengt und dass man den Duschkopf selbst halten muss, steigert nicht den Komfort. Aber das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet und hat definitiv seinen Charme. Und die Lage ist perfekt!

Haus mit viel Potenzial aber mit Sanierungsbedarf

Das Haus war sehr gut gelegen und bot für die Familie mit zwei Kindern ausreichend Raum für eine Woche. Auch im Garten gibt es viel Platz zum Spielen. Die elektrischen Leitungen sind sanierungsbedürftig, die Sauberkeit im Allgemeinen und der Zustand des Gartens waren verbesserungsfähig. Das Bad war sehr klein/ für eine Familie mit Kindern zu klein. Im Sommer ist die Straße vor dem Haus wahrscheinlich akustisch eher störend. Darauf sollte hingewiesen werden,da alle Schlafräume in Richtung Straße

In der Ausschreibung wurde das Haus als ältere Liegenschaft beschrieben, dass da einige Abstriche in Kauf genommen werden müssen war klar. Leider waren Haus und Garten sehr ungepflegt, teils Spinnweben in den Ecken, Geschirrschränke schmutzig, Möbel verlebt, Fensterrahmen und Läden in einem schlechten Zustand. Die ortsansässige Agentur schickte nochmal eine Putzequipe, was aber den Grundzustand der Liegenschaft nicht verbesserte. Für mich ein Haus, dass nicht dem Standard von Interhome entsprich
