Entrance through veranda (approximately 12m²) fitted with a table and chairs.
Fitted and equipped kitchen with 4 ceramic hobs, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher.
Living room facing south-west with large openings, a flat-screen television, a DVD player.
1 bedroom with 1 140 cm bed.
Bathroom with washbasin, shower cabin and washing machine.
Separate toilet.
First floor (slightly attic rooms):
2 bedrooms each with 1 130 cm bed.
1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed.
Separate toilet.
Villa for maximum 6 people.

Localisation idéale
Une grande maison parfaitement localisée avec un grand terrain ideal pour gréer du materiel de windsurf, wingfoil etc.. et un abri de jardin parfait pour tout ranger: paddles, velos etc...
Petit bémol : la maison n'est pas "tournée" vers le jardin, pas de terrasse avec grande.table proche de la cuisine, pas non plus d'espace ombragé. C'est un peu brut disons et les equipements exterieurs font defaut
La maison est propre, bien equipée mais un peu dans son jus. Les chambres sont cependant grandes
