History lovers will be captivated by the private path leading directly to Hadrian’s Wall, allowing you to wander along this remarkable World Heritage Site, tracing the footsteps of Roman soldiers and discovering ancient forts, archaeological remains and museums that bring the past vividly to life. The kitchen area has an electric oven and hob, fridge, dishwasher and microwave, perfect for rustling up a meal for 2 to be enjoyed at the dining table. Please note this cottage is not big enough for a cot.
