We invite you to come to stay in your very private guest studio by the sea. All the amenities you’ll need are here for your enjoyment. We thoroughly clean but also sanitize with a UV light that kills bacteria. There is high-speed internet and a large LED flat-screen T.V. with Netflix for your TV and movie enjoyment. The cozy ocean view deck lets you sit back and enjoy your favorite beverage or just relax and take in the view. On the deck if you prefer staying in and barbequing you are all set up, just take off the cover and turn on the heat. The dining table is suited for 2 people but will accommodate 4. The floor plan is open with maple hardwood floors throughout and vaulted ceilings. You’ll find a large full bath nicely appointed with custom cabinets and Corian countertops, the bath is a tub-shower combo. An iron, ironing board, and hairdryer are provided along with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The full-size kitchen also boasts custom counters and shaker-style cabinets with a stackable washer and dryer. There is also a toaster, microwave, coffee maker, blender, cookware, and of course dishes, glasses, and utensils. We provide basic seasonings and enough coffee cream and sugar to last a few days.
The sleeping area has a queen-size bed, a closet, a dresser, nightstands, a table light, and an alarm clock. The living area has a sofa sleeper loveseat. We also provide an EZ bed for an additional adult guest. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL COST FOR OVER 2 GUESTS. This can be paid to us when you arrive for your stay.
Mahogany encased crank windows show the beautiful sunset views and let the ocean breeze in. If the breeze isn’t enough there is a ceiling fan or if you're a bit chilly the studio is equipped with a separate heating forced air unit. There are 2 skylights to let in plenty of natural light during the day.
This studio is located on the second floor up a private set of stairs.
