The living area includes a full kitchen with induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer and everything else you need to prepare anything from a simple breakfast to a three-course gourmet dinner (except, of course, a chef). The living room and both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans. The large balcony provides a space for outdoor dining and overlooks the communal pool (open mid-June to mid-September, 10h00 - 21h00 daily). Situated in a calm and quiet neighbourhood, the property offers free, secure onsite parking in a dedicated parking space.
The Canal du Midi is a few steps away while it is just a 10 minutes walk to the town centre.
