Hibiscus House is a well equiped 1000sq feet/100metre sq apartment, well located in a quiet residential area of Carcassonne midway between "La Cite" and the town of Carcassonne, a 10 -15 minute walk to either.
The apartment accommodates 2 adults and 2 children, with one king size bed, and one set of bunk beds, situated in the large open planned living area, (please note that the sleeping accommodation is within the large open planned living area and not in a separate bedroom). This is a spacious ground floor apartment of a large house is in a quiet residential area of Carcassonne. Open plan accommodation leads to a separate bright and spacious kitchen leading onto a private terraced area with a small (1 metre deep) pool provides all you need for a relaxing stay. On one level it is suitable for disabled.

Spectacular apartment with a peaceful garden area
Spectacular apartment with a peaceful garden area with three sitting and dining options. Private dipping pool to cool off in the afternoon or for the kids to have some some fun. Charcoal BBQ available plus washer and dryer. Wonderful kitchen overlooking the pool area. Living room and sleeping areas are in one very, large space. Well equipped kitchen for cooking (pots with handles would be an appreciated upgrade). The host speaks excellent English and is very friendly and helpful. 20 minute walk to both the walled city and old city area.

The perfect choice
I loved this place, the hosts, the location - everything about it! Very spacious and comfortable. 10 minute walk to the castle in one direction and to the main town square in another. You just can’t miss with Hibiscus house.

Great location, great host
This property is located within a 15 minute walk of the walled city, and shops. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking at home. There is a very pleasant yard to relax in privacy. Everything you would need for a short or long stay. The host Caroline is warm and inviting. She was there to facilitate our arrival and was always available to answer questions and provide advice and information. Would reccommend this place without hesitation. Hope to return!
