Everyone was so nice and friendly. Pool was so nice and refreshing since it was practically 100 degrees f. We ate dinner at the hotel and it was easy and very good. We were glad too since up in the Cité there's no AC and all outdoor seating. Rooms very clean! And the included breakfast with the fresh OJ machine is so yummy! Private safe parking with lots of shade a plus too!!

Great family friendly hotel

The whole family had a great stay at this hotel, the rooms, pool and dining area were all spotless and the staff went out of their way to help whenever we had a question or a problem. My partner and I kept remarking how hard everyone was working, but still the staff were always friendly and helpful.

Friendly helpful staff. Convenient location. Good value for money. Good buffet breakfast. Restaurant should be open every evening. I was disappointed it was closed on Sunday evening. Breakfast was busy (which was expected) however, if you introduce a system whereby guests can clear their own trays this would free up tables quicker.

This Ibis Styles was very nice. Great position for the medieval city. Great friendly service, nice rooms. Breakfast was very good and the pool was a bonus. All of us (4) really enjoyed our stay. Definetly recommend.

Perfect for short visit to old town Carcassonne

Excellent hotel for visit to Carcassonne old town with a 10-15 walk into the center. The room was small but very clean as was the hotel. Staff were very friendly even with our terrible French. Car park made it even easier.

Very good location, close (10min walk) to the old walled city of Carcassonne. Staff very friendly and helpful. Downside: aside from the old city, not of services (restaurants, etc) close to the hotel. Car is useful.
