In the heart of the Regional Natural Park of Medoc, ideally located 300 m from the lake and the village center of Maubuisson (many shops and restaurants within walking distance), 15 min. from the ocean by bike paths at the bottom of the residence, 30 min. from the famous Médoc wine route including the biggest classified growths (Château Palmer, Château Margaux, etc.), T2 mezzanine apartment of 30 m2 new (delivery in May 2019), fully equipped, with terrace of 5 m2 overlooking the pine forest, fitted kitchen (fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, washing machine), internet access and wifi ADSL 2, large bathroom with bath, 4 beds of great comfort (a sofa bed + 2 beds 90x190 can merge into a 180x190 bed).

Hébergement idéalement placé, proche des commerces, des restaurants et d une plage magnifique. Lac splendide. De beaux villages et leurs marchés aux alentours à découvrir. Je recommande la visite de Bordeaux également. Appartement très très calme au cœur des pins landais, repos et apaisement assurés. Nous ne pouvons que recommander. Séjour idéal.

Un appartement agréable, très propre et bien situé avec le lac à côté ainsi que l'océan. Des activités pour les grands et petits pour un Séjour en famille ideal!. Tout les renseignements sur les commerces, activités et restaurant au alentours sont disponible à l'appartement, parfait!

Excellent séjour

L appartement très fonctionnel, calme et bien aménagé est très bien situé à proximité des commerces et du lac, le balcon donnant sur la forêt un vrai plaisir Certe il faisait un peu chaud dans la chambre mais à l'extérieur également et il y a quelques marches à monter pour l'accès mais il est bon de faire un peu d'exercice physique pendant les vacances Merci aux propriétaires qui font le maximum pour les vacanciers et merci à Sophie pour son accueil

Excellent emplacement entre lac et ocean

Logement très bien situé permettant de prendre très peu la voiture.Tres calme et bien aménagé.Tres bonne literie.Il manque juste un éclairage côté cuisine(la balladeuse n'est pas suffisante) et des petits rangements pour les vêtements .Balcon bien agréable donnant sur la pinède..Le local vélo est un plus et le loueur de vélo au pied de l'immeuble est pratique.Je recommande.

Un havre de paix entre lac et océan

Première expérience tout à fait satisfaisante. Appartement conforme à nos attentes. Le calme est au rdv tout en étant prêt de toutes les activités. Station agréable familiale et paisible. Toutes les commodités sont proches. Merci pour l’accueil de Sophie.

Une belle semaine au bord de l’eau et au milieu des pins

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette appartement fonctionnel. Propriétaire et conciergerie réactifs. Un petit balcon sans vis à vis au calme pour manger dehors tous les jours. A 5 minutes à pieds, du centre ville de Maubuisson et du lac, tout à côté pour faire des activités aquatiques, velo, balades. Nous recommandons ! Clémence

Bien mais sportif !

Les plus : - idéalement situé - orienté NE, donc pas inondé de soleil - terrasse très agréable - correctement équipé Les quelques inconvénients : - l'accès est un peu sportif pour décharger les affaires depuis le parking : environ 20 m de dénivelée, puis 2 étages d'escaliers. Il faut prévenir dans l'annonce ! - il fait très chaud dans la chambre à l'étage qui ne dispose comme ouverture que d'un petit Velux de toit manuel, le rafraîchisseur d'air ne suffit pas. Une version à ouverture et fermeture automatique (Integra Velux) pourrait sans doute aider. - l'éclairage de l'appartement est globalement insuffisant, et en particulier au dessus du plan de cuisine. J'ai dû acheter une balladeuse ;-). - il n'y a pas de rangement dans la pièce. Bien qu'elle soit très petite, il serait possible d'en rajouter (dans le couloir, sous l'escalier ou pont au dessus du lit).
