About this space
Privately Owned Quaint one bedroom, one bathroom studio located directly on the Crystal River and within walking distance of everything in Redstone. This unit is located on the second floor and is approximately 250 sq ft. The building is located directly on the Crystal River and the Redstone Blvd. The shared patio area by the riverside is equipped with a propane fireplace, a charcoal grill and plenty of seating.

The space
The rental unit also has a kitchenette with microwave, cook-top, toaster, coffee maker, dishware, etc.. There is also on-site laundry available for our guests convenience. This unit does NOT have a direct view of the river, it does have access to the river and as well as the share riverside patio. If you enjoy fly fishing, horseback riding, hiking, skiing, snow shoeing, sleigh or carriage rides, paddle boarding, ATV's, biking or jeeping you will love this location.

The rooms are nicely done. Our problem was the bed. It was so high I needed a chair to get up on it. Scary for an 84 year old.

Simple, clean, convenient accommodations

We enjoyed our stay. Clean and comfortable. Convenient access to the beautiful coolness of Redstone and Crystal River Valley / Marble. Motel / hotel style room arrangements but apparently variably sized rooms. Some seating on deck/balcony/walkway (shared) area. Ours had a small kitchenette (best to eat elsewhere). Shared seating by Crystal River, if you choose that. Affordable and in the right place!

Great Property!

Extremely easy booking and check in process. The property is clean and very modern. The owners are great and went above and beyond for us during our stay. The location is close to everything. We'll be back in the future.
