However, the owner of the villa has not provided all nessesary items including hand soap, tissues.etc. no drinks at all. Only 2 small bottles of water for 4 people to share. "Property is right next to Sorrento railway station, less than 10mins walk into the main part of town. The room was clean and well presented, with plenty of space for two people. Staff were friendly and helpful, always happy to answer questions. The breakfast catered for different tastes and was a handy option for the start of the day. Rooftop bar had a wonderful view as well."

"We stayed 2 nights hotel staff,location and cleanliness all great.Silly things not so great for a 4 star hotel . Breakfast bacon was cold eggs pre cooked and left. In the room toilet roll is near on transparent Water glasses were paper cups. Also no tea spoons just tiny sticks . "

"This hotel is extremely dated, run down and in major need of refurbishment. The only thing remarkable was the view. Our rooms were absolutely disgusting. I have never seen a folding chair in a hotel room, a dirty futon, a side table that was 6” off the floor, broken shower handle you could cut your hand on… and so on. There was a cigarette burn on the counter, no coffee maker, and the hair dryer wasn’t even good enough to dry your nails! When I asked for a washcloth they told me, “we don’t provide those.” What?! Who brings their own washcloth to a hotel?! Breakfast buffet was subpar, and the head server was rude. The hallways are completely run down, so much so I almost tripped on the stairs because the carpet was torn. There mate too many other nice places to stay. I would never recommend this hotel."
