Capitola Sea Winds is the front unit of a duplex, located only one block from Capitola Beach! The entire floor plan is located on the second floor, above your private parking garage. The deck is a wrap around and has a comfortable sitting area.



The living room is bright and sunny with large windows and a sliding glass door that leads to the front porch. The entertainment center includes a flat screen smart TV.



The kitchen has granite counter tops, dishwasher and microwave. It is fully stocked with all kitchen appliances and supplies. The dining table seats six.



There is a workspace for a laptop and wireless internet is also provided.



The master bedroom has comfortable queen size bed, matching furnishings, and large closet. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and matching furniture.



There is a washer and dryer in the laundry room off the living room.
