SEASIDE VILLA KEY BISCAYNE

The Seaside Villa Key Biscayne is located at the south of Cape Coral and invites you to a dreamlike vacation.

The vacation home is located on a 10,764 sqft. property, directly at a water channel and has its own boat dock. The Gulf of Mexico can be reached from here in a short time.

The house has 2,476 sqft. and was renovated in 2022. It is bright and modern furnished and simply invites you to stay and feel good.

The villa can be inhabited by up to 8 people. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious living area with high ceilings and panorama windows, 2 dining areas and an open kitchen.

The bedrooms are equipped with the following types of beds:

Master bedroom: king-size bed, Guest bedroom 1: king-size bed, Guest bedroom 2: queen-size bed, Guest bedroom 3: 2 single beds.

Of course, there is also a laundry room with washer and dryer.

The whole house has an internet connection with free WLAN.

Especially great is the large sun terrace with the beautiful infinity pool with whirlpool. The pool is electrically heated and has the dimensions 32 ft. x 18 ft. and is 6,5 ft. deep at the deepest point.

The pool area is mosquito-free thanks to fly screens all around and offers you relaxation in every season.

The terrace has a southern exposure, so that it offers the possibility of sunbathing from early to late. Four deck chairs for relaxing as well as a large gas grill leave nothing to be desired.

The covered outdoor dining area offers space for six people and is ideal for a sunset dinner.

The garage can be used on request.

This is a great home! There is everything you could want or need to be able to enjoy a get away. Spacious rooms with indoor and outdoor dining options. Perfect setting for all day sun and pool time.

Perfect for Families

Plenty for room to enjoy the outside or inside. Even with neighbors on both sides it felt very private. Plenty of kitchen space and room to cook. Plus it is always nice when you are in the kitchen and can see the whole patio and pool area. Pool was warm and clean. We loved this house and would definitely recommend it!

Great house! Would Recommend!

We had never been to this area and wanted a waterfront property to bring our boat and be able to keep on a dock for easy on and off the water. House was clean and very accomodating for our family. 2 adults, 3 teens. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Pool and hot tub were great when returning from a day on the boat or evening relaxing. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. The open lot across the street has ground owls and they would come perch in the trees by the bay window to get out of the sun, which was cool to see those cute little owls so close. The only thing I will mention, not really to do with the property itself, is that it is located a decent distance to getting into the open water, so just know if you do bring a boat, to keep at the house, it will take about 30-45mins to get out of a minimal wake zone. Wasnt a big deal, but just something to note of. The host was accessible, if needed, but we had no problems. Neighborhood is very quiet, weren't a lot of people around. We stayed 4th of July 2024 for 8 days.

Perfect house for a group and great location!

House was clean and well equipped. Plenty of room and essentially has two primary suites. Great patio and pool! Location is in the best spot of Cape Coral. The property manager was great, easy to get a hold of, and quick to respond to any issues. Our issue was the washer quit working and they were there within a few hours installing a new washing machine! I’ll definitely be staying here again!!
