Important Information:

• Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Smoking is permitted outdoors.
• A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. Electricity usage will be deducted from the deposit; the remaining balance will be refunded.
• Damage protection insurance up to $3,000 is automatically included with the booking.
• Pet fee: $150 per animal per stay.
• For security purposes, a doorbell camera at the front entrance, one camera in the garage, and one camera facing the boat dock are installed. There are no cameras inside the house, on the pool deck, or in the backyard. Full privacy is guaranteed.
