We didn’t actually get to stay in this home because of unexpected problems at the last minute but the property management company was able to put us in another property that was quite lovely. I will leave a separate review on that house.

What a BEAUTIFUL House!! I love the entrance, it just makes the house a home! More than expected! Expectional place, with everything you need and in a nice neighborhood. I was disappointed that there wasn't a hot tub, but after spending time in the heated pool (very well designed) I didn't miss a hot tub at all. The heated pool is awesome. Would definitely recommend. Great location & well appointed home

We were 5 adults, in town for a Celebration of Life. This home was great, clean, well appointed in the kitchen. There were two bikes which we enjoyed. The management company was terrific when called about missing a cutting board. They arrived immediately with one for our use. Bedding and linens were nice. The weather was cool and rainy so we kept the pool heater on for 4 days which did incur an extra cost, however, we knew that would be the case as it was stated on the website. Highly recommend this property.

Christmas visit

Beautiful House

This is one of the best houses I have stayed in at Cape Coral. The kitchen has all the convinces of home, not missing any utensils, or gadgets that you could ever need. You feel welcome from the time you walk in the door! There is nothing I can say bad about our stay here! I would highly recommend this house!

Wonderful property and great management

We booked this property as a family vacation spot. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. Any questions we had were quickly answered and addressed. The house was comfortable for us and we enjoyed the space. It was clean when we arrived and the lawn and pool were maintained. We did have a little swarm of tiny bugs get through the screened patio cover and make it into the pool, but the property manager was quick to get it cleaned up and a skimmer net sent over. The location was quick access to a lot of restaurants and activities, while still being very quiet and relaxing. Very little noise from neighbors- you could almost think you were alone in the area. I would definitely recommend this property and the property management group!

Wonderful home

We have rented many homes over the years and this home was by far the cleanest and most accurately described. Everything was just as pictured and so comfortable. Pool was very clean and perfect temperature. Very well stocked with everything you need. I would highly recommend this property and will be booking future trips here!

I don’t even know where to begin!! You guys!! This house is so gorgeous! All new everything!! Super super clean!! Stocked full with everything you could possible think of! Plenty of super soft cozy blankets to lounge on the couch with too! It had an abundance of fresh white towels in each bathroom! The owner had thought of everything you could possibly need for a lovely vacation getaway! The pool area is gorgeous with lush landscaping and local chirping birds! Our kids played in the beautiful pool indoor/outdoor area every day! We definitely will be booking this home again in the future! we couldn’t be happier.

We love Cape Coral and all it has to offer. This property is perfect for us. The kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms are all spacious with comfortable beds, the pool/lanai area is private and clean with pool towels provided.
