Welcome at Villa Manatee! Enjoy a wonderful view over the huge water of the 8lakes and enjoy privacy thanks to tropical plants and palms all around the lanai. Modern and light furnished with every comfort you'd wish for on holidays. Villa Manatee got completely renovated in 2023!

Large swimming pool with skin-friendly saltwater-technique (without chlorine). Separate whirlpool / spa with a wonderful view over the dock / tiki-hut and the sparkling water. Comfortable sunloungers to sunbath, enjoy, read a book and relax. Have a sundowner at the tiki hut and try to reach the last sunrise in the evening, meanwhile you're having your feet in the chilling waters below. You might even see a manatee looking for sea grass in the water? BBQ for your perfect US-Steak (or maybe a fresh fish?)

Fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee machine (don't forget to bring your favourite flavours from home!) For the daily dose of fun you find a pool table at Villa Manatee. Of course the house offers free WLAN.

2 master suites with each a king size bed) with direct access to the pool area and both with an own bathroom. Third bedroom is also with a king size and an own WC/shower.

You find another 6 sunloungers on the dock, where you get sun sun sun and nothing but sun the whole day.

Boat rent optional possible (and very recommended). Explore the offshore islands like Sanibel and Captiva and reach secluded beaches you won't reach by car.

Wonderful property

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s a quiet neighborhood with beautiful scenery. We enjoyed hanging out in the pool and hot tub with our adult children & their significant others. We fished and looked for manatee. It was a very laid back, relaxing time. The house had everything we needed.

A Dream Vacation

We loved the house there was so much more than we imagined. Everything you can think of that yiu need you will have here. The view was phenomenal esoecialky from the pool. My husband and i enjoyed quiey nights daily in the hot tub and pool enjoying the stars and the moon. It was peaceful. We renred tte boat a few days and had a great time. We walked for exercise in the neighborhood in the evening and it was safe to do. We celebrated our anniversary at Rum Runners the food was amazing as was the view and service. We also are at Papa Joes italian excelkent pizza and service. My mom is blind and the eaitress took extra care of her needs. Chevking in with Bryan was great he and his wife gave us great info for our stay on points of interest. They are super knowledgeable. Reto from the rental company was very responsive to our wuestions before arrival and when we checked in. We will come again
