Villa Cayman, a luxurious house in the North-West Cape Corals.

The house offers 3 spacious bedrooms and a total living space of 218sqm - perfect for 6 guests. Thanks to its great location it's THE place to be for golfers and for those seeking tranquility. 2 of the 3 bedrooms have a direct access to the pool area and offer kingsize beds. The third bedroom has a queensize-bed. All bedrooms offer thick blackout curtains as well as shutters.

2 bathrooms, 1 masterbathroom with shower/bathtub/wc and a second bathroom with toilet/shower. 4 beds (fourth queensize bed in the office).

Spacious lanai with a huge saltwaterpool (9.75 x 5.2m) and separate jacuzzi/spa. What do you want more to have a relaxed holiday? The whole house offers natural stone and wood floors, perfect for persons with allergies.

The open livingroom with kitchen and dining offer breathtaking views over the lanai and the canal. The kitchen will be equipped with absolute modern equipment and won't leave any wishes to be desired. Kitchen counter for the breakfast (3 bar chairs), an indoor dining table for 6 and an outdoor table. Enough space and possibilities for every weather to spend a cozy evening.

4 modern TV's, AppleTV, Netflix and Sonos-Sound-System. Free WIFI in the whole house.

Beach towels, beach chairs, parasol and a cool box for the perfect day at the beach.

This property was nicely appointed and seemed to be well maintained. However we felt it was rather sterile, with few touches to add warmth and a “homey” feeling. It also lacked a couple of items that could have made our stay a little more pleasant. For example, the pool lounge chairs were excellent, but there were no little tables to put a beverage on while we were lounging. Not a big deal, but annoying enough that we went to Target and bought one. Also,except for one in each bathroom and the one in the kitchen island, there were no waste baskets. Again not a big deal, but just inconvenient enough that we picked up a couple of $6.00 plastic ones. The impression we got is that this is an investment property, and adding some little things that might have made it nicer for us, we’re not deemed necessary. Overall, we did enjoy our stay, but we would probably not choose to rent there again.

3 stars The home was lovely and clean! We were a party of 2 and chose the property for it’s amenities… namely the pool and spa. Unfortunately neither we’re working properly. Pooneh (the property manger) was great an attempted to assist best she could. The pool professional came 1 week into our 2 week stay. He found a wiring issue and attempted to repair it. The next day he came back and said a new pump was required and the heaters max BTU output was only 50% of what a pool this size requires. Once these are addressed and repaired this will be a 5 star property.
