This was the perfect house for our family vacation! The house had plenty of room and was clean. The pool was perfect! It was clean and heated to a warm temperature plus there were water toys. My kids loved it!! It's right by the canal which gave it a "by the water" feel. Everything worked, kitchen was stocked with essentials, and clean linens and towels. Cute house close to everything we needed. I would highly recommend staying here.

It was a beautiful home and the pool is large and clean. They provided tons of beach towels! I washed them and put them back in the baskets, I was so appreciative to have them. The management company is very nice and responsive. I've stayed in 4 VRBOs in Florida and this is my favorite house.

Great Vacation

We really enjoyed the location and how central it was to a number of activities that we did. The house was beautiful and we felt at home. Nothing beats coffee on the dock and a night swim in the pool. Hope to go back again!!

We enjoyed our stay. We came to visit family in the area. There were plenty of towels & kitchen ware. We were able to use the boat dock, which was great for our boating fun! The pool and outdoor living space was lovely and comfortable. We had a great visit.

This home was turn key for a family of 5. The Owners really did think of everything. Some may say the home is a little bit tired, but I’d say its charming and we didn’t have to walk on egg shells with the kids. Lots of pool toys, lots of beach chairs and towels for use. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the Alexa and TV’s pretty much everywhere make it easy to have multiple enter areas going at the same time. The Property Manager was very responsive with some special request questions I had, and the location was ideal for our mixed goals of Captiva, Fort Meyer, Naples and Venice Beaches.Really couldn't be more pleased for the cost. We will definitely stay again if available.The only slightly sub par item was the grill, as I couldn’t het it over 350 degrees, but that could have been operator error, and we were able to pan sear and bake the steaks instead. It was still technically ready, clean, and turn key for use like the other features of the house

Beautiful and relaxing home on the canal

We had wonderful stay. The house is just as it is pictured and was stocked with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, plenty of towels for both bathing and the pool. The lanai and pool were clean and beautiful. We enjoyed all of our mornings drinking coffee out there! We only used two bedrooms, but both beds were extremely comfortable! It is a quiet neighborhood and very good for morning and afternoon walks. I highly recommend this home and we would certainly stay here again!

Me and my Family have a wonderful Stay in your house. Very Quietfull and nice View on the waterfront. Pool was realy good. In the Kitchen was all what we need. Nice Bedroom and Bathrooms. Beach Chairs and Cooler. Only one Thing was not so good, the BBQ Grill has no Gas 😕 thanks for the good time. Olaf and Family 😊👍👪

Labor Day Cape Coral Vacation

Beautiful house and looks even better in person. Rental company was always very quick with replies to any questions I had. We loved being the 1st guest to use new dryer. We spent so much time in the heated pool after each day on our boat.Loved all streaming channels for us to use.Beds were super comfy and great water pressure for our showers.Neighbors were very nice and the neighborhood was quiet. 5 minutes away from local boat ramp. Highly recommend this house. Thanks for a great stay.

A lovely Cape Coral canal home

We loved the outside appearance of the home, and the interior was equally lovely. It is modern, with lovely tile flooring, very nice furnishings, an open concept layout and gorgeous lanai and pool area with comfortable seating. The bedrooms are well laid out and very nicely decorated. The bathrooms were modern and attractive. The kitchen lacked nothing in the way of appliances, utensils, dishes, pots, etc. The home is a 10 minute walk from some shopping and restaurants. We loved the nearby pub Finns Seafood and Dive Bar, for great food and has live entertainment on certain nights. Sanibel Island and Naples beach/pier are within an hour. A wonderful vacation! Thank you!

Nice villa with large pool

We had a great time. We loved the large pool, which was really larger then expected since normally photos are taken in such a way that everything looks bigger. But this one was really large (at least for us). The location is also pretty good. It is in the older part of Cape Coral, close to everything. A lot of shops and supermarkets in the vicinity and the bridge to Ft. Myers (Beach) is just a few blocks down the road. That will save you time when going to the beach compared to a stay in the newer neighborhoods, which are mostly in the more remote western part of Cape Coral. The house itself is perfect as well, with a nice and practical interior. As mentioned in other reviews the airco in the smaller bedroom in the back could might need some maintenance, but that is really the only complaint. If we go back to Cape Coral we will certainly try to rent this house again.
