It is now up to us to welcome you to this beautiful region that we love so much and we are committed to continuing in the same tradition of welcome and kindness as the former host of the place. In the heart of a quiet residential area of the famous Capbreton resort, the Villa Marensine welcomes you for a peaceful holiday for two or with your family. From here, everything is accessible on foot or by bike: the beach, shops, the cycle path, the lake and the Hossegor golf course... A range of leisure activities nearby for your greatest pleasure! And with its contemporary decoration and quality services, this semi-detached house guarantees you a comfortable stay. In a small condominium, this house benefits from an enclosed garden of 80m² with a wooden terrace of 60m², garden furniture and electric plancha. Arranged on 2 levels, it offers you: - a living room with dining area, lounge area (TV, WIFI) and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge) - 2 bedrooms (2 beds 160), - a shower room with toilet on the ground floor - a 2nd shower room upstairs - a second toilet upstairs. For your comfort, sheets, towels and household linen are provided. In low season, a heating package is included. Bed linen provided for 2 people, beyond 8 € per bed 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas burners). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
