This is a beautiful place to stay! The food was fantastic. We ate at almost every restaurant. We did the diamond club and could not have been happier. Our 2 butlers Ronald and Gene were AMAZING! They are now our friends and cannot wait to visit them again. We celebrated our 10 year anniversary while we were here. They had a bubble bath and rose petals in our room. During our stay we did a massage at the spa. It was so relaxing. Next time we are bringing the entire family back with us!

The property and location were beautiful. The pools were great and the beach is a perfect size for relaxation, but not long walks on the beach. Overall a very beautiful property.

Pretty hotel, needs a lot of staff training

Pros: brand new, comfy beds, nice beach and pools
Cons: Out of things in restaurants that they should not be, ie no fresh limes or lemons, no lobster so substituting shrimp, etc
Location: every Friday night there is a street party near by where the locals and tourists hang out, drink, eat and dance in the street.
We were very disappointed in this hotel. First, it is still under construction, which we were not told beforehand. Everything is new and nice and comfortable but they opened up way before they were ready and staff is not trained properly in all aspects. Food in restaurants and buffet were exceptional good but you had to wait 20 minutes to get a cup of coffee or glass of juice. I told the waitress my food allergies and then a different person brought out the soup and gave me the one for my husband which contained the shell fish that I am allergic to. After one bite I knew it had fish and called her over and she realized right away that they gave me what I was allergic to. Not good! Website and signs advertise a seafood restaurant and then when you go there you are told it is for hideaway guests only. If that is the case it needs to be on all of the signage. Upon checking in we were told our luggage will be right up and waited for 45 minutes and gave up and left room so we could not change into shorts. Ran into an elderly couple when we were checking out who called 4 times for a bellman and no one came so they were struggling to get their suitcases to the front desk, so we helped them. They need to train all of the staff. The staff is very nice and seems to try but just were not trained. My husband had asked for a late checkout 100 instead of 1200 which they said was fine, but at 1200 all of the keys automatically stop working unless they reprogram yours, which they didnt d
