Really loved this house! We are disappointed that we could never use the hot tub, even after having it serviced. We also wish the home would have been cleaner before we got there. The hosts were wonderful and responsive, I do want to make that clear.

My. Second visit

Arrived in the rain but settled out on the covered porch area and watched it rain one of my favorite things to do. By morning it was dry and sunny. This is my go to for a weekend away with friends but would be great for a longer stay or with children so much to do!

Perfectly peaceful hill country lake views

The property has a perfect out door deck with table and chairs grill and fire pit. Bring your little firw bundle and your binoculars for fabulous bird watching and deer sightings.The house was perfect for children and pets. Pots n pans including a huge spice rack. We will rwturn. The house was clean and comfortable! The hot tub was as advertised and the patio was perfect!! One small complaint - no corkscrew and I couldn’t find a large pan to cook a steak. Other than that, everything was perfect!

The only downside about the stay was that the place didn’t have a hot tub. When I was searching for a place to have a family vacation I specifically put in my filter for a hot tub. Despite that the game room made up for it since the family loved the game room. The host was very helpful and quick with communication. The view was amazing from the outside.

Hill Country Views

We only have a quick overnight, but the location and the games made it worth it. Our only complaint was a link for details about the property that never worked. They sent invalid links multiple times. A backup plan like a printout at the facility would be a good idea
