Beautiful property, adorable tiny home. Hosts have thought of everything. I had forgotten cooking oil-it was there. I didn’t know I needed charcoal briquettes for the grill- Andy (host) brought us some. I visited with 3 teenagers and they all had a great time. The kitchen was stocked with every tool one might need. I enjoyed the sweet hill-country views and peaceful atmosphere as well as the proximity to activities such as floating down the Comal river and the Natural Bridge Caverns. We highly recommend.

The property is exactly as described. It was absolutely perfect for our 1 night trip to the river. The house is clean, equipped with everything you need on a trip (toiletries) Decorated nice & the outdoor space was absolutely gorgeous at night with all the lights on. The hosts are extremely attentive and friendly. I will definitely be coming back :)

This property exceeded our expectations! The owners have gone above and beyond on making sure everything you could ever want or need is provided for their guest! We felt at home even though we were hours away! Communication with the owners was amazing! They are very quick to respond and make sure if you need anything they’re on it! They included the cleanest and cutest environment with the interior and exterior! We highly recommend this place if you’re ever visiting this area! We will always choose this place for our trips there! This place was so reasonably priced and even 5 star hotels do NOT COMPARE! Pool was so cute and relaxing! Pets have more than enough space to enjoy their time and explore without being caged! The scenery is gorgeous! Trust me do not make the mistake of staying at overpriced places that give you a small area to enjoy and spend time with family, friends, etc! THIS IS THE PLACE!
