I booked when I saw a sweet picture of a singing cowboy, bonfire and benches on the website. Those were not present. I rented a cowboy cottage. The smell of "old" carpet permeated the cabin. We turned on the air conditioner to try and remove the odor. The bathroom floor had been painted and had new vinyl flooring, but was laid over old floor. The joists must have been rotting as the floor sagged when you stood on it, giving you a feeling of movement/swaying. While the front desk and breakfast staff were very pleasent, I would not stay here. Maybe if the cost were half what we paid.

So the first cabin we were given just wasn’t going to work for us as there was no place to sit outside and the layout was strange. But the King bed cabin was available, so we switched and were much happier as there was a porch to sit outside and watch the birds, and the sunset and the stars. The porch needs attention, and the fire pit did not work. Neither did the sauna in the bathroom. There were no instructions and the front desk was unable to help. But the cabin was comfy and as long as you don’t look west to the broken down trailers adjacent to the property, it was fine. The restaurant on the property was delicious and the breakfast was fine.

Nice location near Bryce Canyon and nice people running the place. I liked the restaurant next door as well. Honestly the place could use a little renovation love but we weren't dissappointed in our stay and would stay again.

Could not find our reservation - we book some time ago. Fixed that and gave us a cabin. Very rustic to say the least. Breakfast was terrible. Location is this the only thing that this hotel has.

Room was as we expected from the reservation. Room was clean although the property is a bit outdated. Staff was very friendly and very willing to provide anything we needed. Breakfast was subpar but ok.

Not in good shape bathtub dirty, shower curtain torn and dirty or moldy at the bottom, HVAC could not maintain a temperature, either was too hot or too cold, entrance door was not sealed completely and since it was directly outside, drafty, toilet would not flush toilet paper without multiple flushes. Many other things, too many to mention, made this property uncomfortable to stay in. I’ve been traveling for business and pleasure over 45 years and this is the second worst property I’ve ever stayed in. This place needs a complete renovation or torn down

This is a Motel 6 from the 1970’s. It’s run down, extremely outdated, and in poor condition. I would not recommend staying at this hotel
