Great property!
Had an incredible stay here with friends for the MIPIM Conference in Cannes. Walking distance to the Palais and everything else downtown Cannes. Place was everything we were looking for and more. Pictures don’t do it justice. Patio was great to hang out on and the beds and rooms were very comfortable. Jules was fantastic and available all week if we had questions or needed anything. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful accommodation
The property is exactly as advertised. We arrived at the apartment to be met by Jules who was wonderfully helpful. The apartment was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. living area was very spacious with a well equipped kitchen contained all you need ! Terrace area was very spacious and private. Apartment is perfectly situated with Cannes town centre just 10 minutes walk away and the beach just across the road. Excellent apartment , excellent location, would highly recommend ! i will certainly be returning !!

Fantastic location and hosts!
Do not hesitate to stay at this wonderful property across from the beach in Cannes. Perfect location to enjoy all that Cannes has to offer. We have rented 8 other places over the last few years and this one was one of our favorites. Loved walking to the marche Forville, and the Palais along the old Port from this location. Also, hosts were always available and willing to help. Modern and clean with a great kitchen and outdoor space. Two large screen TVs but we didn't even turn them on once since we were having so much fun!!

Fabulous in every way!
This was our second stay in this lovely apartment. We come to Cannes every year for several weeks and in the past have always stayed on the Croisette in central Cannes. The past two summers we have stayed at this apartment which is just around the charming old port, and we prefer it. It is the perfect distance to the Forville market where you can find fresh produce every morning and it's location directly across from your choice of private or public clean beaches is ideal. We feel more like locals in this location and are still just a few minutes walk to the Croisette. We love the restaurants in this area along the old port and the easy access in and out of Cannes and protected parking. The apartment itself is lovely, offering everything you can desire, especially since Jules and Nicolas are always attentive and at your service, should you desire anything out of the ordinary. The deck is a game changer and makes the apartment feel twice the size. A perfect stay and we look forward to coming back again next summer.
