The staff was exceptional however I felt like the property was not as advertised. The spa room was 1000 degrees so you couldn’t even sit by the indoor pool. Outside seating area was very small. There was no where to relax inside the hotel. All things that are totally fine, just not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. I do have to say the staff were amazing and this is nothing about the staff itself

We loved the location of the hotel. The staff were nice and helpful, also the cleaning team did a fantastic job each day, we were very grateful. The only slight negative would be that the room didn’t look anything like the photos. It was much smaller and the layout wasn’t what we expected.

Thank you for the experience. Had a wonderful time at Eden spa. So chilled. Just what I needed. Wishing I’d spent more time at the spa. Wonderful. 9/10 The only low point was the elevator and a fire alarm went off while I was relaxing so every stressful and a counter zen moment. However, all Staff were so friendly and kind I forgot it in an hour. I actually really liked this hotel and will be going back again.

It was ok

So we stayed in room 625. The air conditioning did not work. We complained. Someone checked and it still was not working. Nothing was done or offered. It was so hot in the room we slept with the window wide open meaning we could hear everything outside. You only got 2 bottles of water on arrival. Not replenished each day. Bar was supposed to close at 12. Was closed long before this. Plus side. Great location. Nice hotel. Pool and spa area was clean and tidy.
