Villa Florissant is a charming 18th century villa surrounded by a quiet and flowered garden located in the most prestigious street with luxurious shops at 500 meters from the Palace of Festivals and 2 blocks from the beach Croisette. The apt was totally remodeled and is on the second floor of the villa. It has a 30 sq. meter terrace where you can take your meals and relax. 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Nicely decorated with refined antique furniture, cristal chandeliers, china and cristals, white marble floor and very high ceilings will make you feel at home. Fully equipped with air conditioning, wifi, cable TV, flat screen TV, washing machine, dish washer, micro-wave, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. Small pets are welcome. No smoking
