Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement à 4, très bien placé. A 2 pas de l'embarcadère pour aller sur l'île sainte Marguerite. fonctionnel et très bien situé

L'appartement est fonctionnel et très bien situé. Nous étions 3 et nous y venions juste pour dormir et manger. La terrasse est super agréable. cuisine : équipement correct avec 1 lave linge, couverts et ustensiles nécessaires bien présents ; séjour : lit (canapé Bz) pas très confortable ; chambre lit 2 places confortable et placard ; salle de bain avec baignoire. Linge fourni et propre. Nous y sommes restés 5 jours et rien ne nous a manqué. Place de parking top (même si un peu peu étroite) surtout dans ce coin où tout est payant. Je recommande cet appartement pour 2 ou 3 personnes. Nous avons été très bien reçu et informé.

Situato in un residence direttamente sulla strada, strategico per Cannes, Antibes, Nizza e Monaco. Molto silenzioso. Box auto compreso nel prezzo ma non va bene per auto grosse. Io ho messo la mia Skoda Octavia ma proprio giusta. Se avete un suv o una macchina larga non riuscite a parcheggiarla. Appartamento come da descrizione, bel terrazzo e parziale vista mare.

Nous avons passé deux très belles semaines au Golfe Juan, dans votre appartement. Cette jolie résidence, récente, donne sur le front de mer et l'appartement est situé sur une aile avec, un balcon bien orienté, spacieux et agréable, d'un côté vue sur mer et de l'autre sur piscine. Jardin intérieur méditerranéen du côté coursive. Le propriétaire est très sympa et à l'écoute des vacanciers, tout comme la personne chargée de l'accueil, elle est de plus, très professionnelle, les renseignements fournis sont complets. Appartement très propre et fonctionnel avec gros et petits équipements complets et fond de réserves. Nous y étions en février mais en période estivale, pour la baignade, les plages sont toutes proches et l'appartement est très bien situé pour découvrir les nombreux sites touristiques côtiers ou dans l'arrière pays. Box en sous-sol très pratique pour le stationnement et le déchargement et chargement des bagages. Pour ces raisons, je vous recommande vivement cette location.

Idéalement situé, agréable et confortable

Séjour fin mars 2016, un bon souvenir. Appartement très bien situé à quelques minutes du port dans une belle résidence très calme. Petits restaurants, une pizzeria à 100m, magasins alimentaires à 15mn, on peut tout faire à pied. Terrasse ensoleillée l'après midi, avec vue sur le port, sur le côté. Appartement simple mais très propre et confortable, bonne literie. Pour 2 personnes rien ne manque, hormis la wifi mais le propriétaire m'a donné une solution. Contact agréable avec le propriétaire et la personne qui nous a accueillis. Je recommande ce logement sans hésiter.

Siamo una coppia con una bimba di due anni e mezzo, e ci siamo trovati splendidamente! L'ambiente è confortevole, attrezzato nel modo giusto e con l'aria condizionata molto silenziosa. L'appartamento è stato suddiviso alla perfezione ed è una soluzione perfetta per chi ha bimbi piccoli. Vacanza assolutamente da ripetere, consiglio vivamente. La posizione è strategica per poter visitare posti meravigliosi.

L'appartement était très propre assez pour nous spacieuse et nous avons trouvé le loction idéal . La terrasse était très bien pour le petit déjeuner ou en début de soirée des boissons . Voyage en train vers Monaco, nièce et Cann accessesable facile et fantastique. On n'a jamais utilisé la voiture lors de notre visite . Nous étions avec nos enfants, âgés de 3 mois et 2 ans et nous sommes prêts à recommencer. Nous avons pu nous garer facilement et visiter les environs Cannes, Antibes, Nice, Monaco. A moins de 5mn à pied, nous avons pu aller nous baigner dans la mer, boire un verre en terrasse, faire les courses à un tarif abordable, acheter du poisson frais. L'appartement en lui-même est spacieux et très agréable, il dispose d'une baignoire, d'un lave-linge et d'ustensiles pour cuisiner ce qui facilite les choses. La terrasse, la climatisation neuve et la piscine sont un vrai plus. Nous espérons y retourner bientôt!
